Liberation Day with Linh (and Snails!)

Today is a SUPER important day, apparently. Mommy woke me up at the crack of dawn for something called “Liberation Day.” I had to stand still and watch some flags and marchy people. It was okay, I guess, but they didn’t have snacks.

Then, guess what? Ba Linh came over! I love Ba Linh! I decided to take him on a GRAND adventure to the Thai Fair.

Spoiler alert: it was BORING. Like, REALLY boring. Nothing fun for a super-smart toddler like me. What a letdown! So, I did what any reasonable person would do – I demanded snails!

We went to my FAVORITE snail place. The snails were HUGE this time! But… there weren’t many of them. Typical. Still, snails are snails, and I’m not complaining (too much). Hahaha!

Ba Huy couldn’t come play today. BOO! But… he sent a present! It’s a FAN! A magical, breezy FAN! I used it tonight and slept like a log. Maybe being a grown-up isn’t so bad if they give you fans.

Original: Hôm nay có ba Linh qua nhà sudo chơi, hôm nay là 30/4, ngày giải phóng thống nhất đất nước. Sáng nay sudo và mẹ đã thức dậy rất sớm để chào cờ và xem duyệt binh. haha. chiều nay Linh qua chơi, sudo đã dãn ba Linh đi hội chợ Thái Lan nhưng thật ra thì ngoài đó k có gì hết, thật buồn. cuối cùng sudo dẫn ba Linh về quán ốc quen thuộc ăn, hôm nay con ốc đã to hơn lần trước, nhưng nó có vài con thôi. hahahah. Ba Huy hôm nay không qua chơi, nhưng đã có một món quà cho sudo, đó là một cái máy quạt, sudo đã dùng nó tối nay, thật mát và ngủ thật ngon 😄
