Newbies and Late-Night Fun (Sort Of)

Ugh, another morning, another early wake-up call with Mom. We did the usual – face stuff, teeth stuff, and then the REALLY important part: Operation Wake-Up-Dad-For-School! I climbed right on top of him! Success! He grumbled, but he got up. That’s what I call toddler-level genius. image 1

School was CHAOTIC today. So. Many. Babies. Crying. It reminded me of when *I* started school at my old place. Apparently, they’re all new. I mean, I get it, being away from Mom is the WORST THING EVER. Even though I’m super brave now. image 1

After school, we went to the park near the big store (aka, the place with ALL the potential snacks). I ran around like a crazy person, did my laps (I’m training for the Toddler Olympics, obviously), and even made a new friend! She’s only 17 months, which is practically ancient in toddler years. I showed her how to properly use the slide (feet first, duh). image 1

Then disaster struck! Mom had a Very Important Grown-Up Dinner with her work people. Which meant… Dad duty. Don’t get me wrong, I love Dad, but he doesn’t understand the delicate art of bedtime. He tried to bribe me with bread (yummy), corn (meh), and oranges (okay, fine). He even pulled out the toys! But nothing worked. I cried for TWO HOURS. I mean, how am I supposed to sleep without Mom? Is this some kind of test?

Dad was practically asleep when I promised I’d stop crying. He got up and played with me! I’m a master manipulator, in case you haven’t noticed. Finally, Mom came home! Hooray! Now it’s Mumum time and then sleepy time. Good night, world!

Original: Hôm nay 21/2/2025. Sáng vẫn như mọi ngày, sudo thức sớm cùng mẹ, vệ sinh cá nhân và sau đí leo lên người cha để kêu cha dậy chở sudo đi học. Hôm nay trên lớp rất đông, có thêm một vài bạn mới, những bạn này khóc rất nhiều làm sudo nhớ lại những ngày đầu đi học ở trường cũ. Cô giáo rất ân cần nhưng sudo vẫm khóc. Hôm nay sudo về đi dạo một vòng quanh công viên gần siêu thị, về đến nhà sudo xuống chạy bộ mấy vòng sân tập thể dục, chơi cầu tuộc và có quen thêm một bé 17 tháng tuổi. Tối nay mẹ đi ăn với công ty nên về trễ. Cha đã chuẩn bị rất nhiều đồ ăn cho sudo. Nào là bánh mì, bắp, quýt và những trò chơi thú vị. Nhưng những thứ đó không làm vui sudo được lâu, thế là sudo đã khóc 2 tiếng liên tục, cha thì chuẩn bị đi ngủ. Sudo hứa với cha là không khóc nữa và cha đã thức dậy chơi với sudo. Cuối cùng thì mẹ cũng về đến nhà. Giờ thì mình đi Mumum và ngủ đây
