Feb/16/2025: Sunday Funday (and Spicy Regrets)

Guess what? I woke up SUPER early today! Like, before the sun even thought about getting out of bed. Mommy and I had a secret mission: get ready and eat breakfast while Daddy was still snoring. Apparently, he was “debugging” all night. Sounds like a job for SUPER-SUDO!

Breakfast was bananas (literally!), noodles, and yummy chicken soup. I ate ALL my noodles by myself! Mommy and Daddy even took me to buy them. I’m basically a culinary genius in the making.

Lunchtime rolled around, and after a HARD morning of scooter racing, I was STARVING. Today, I changed things up! I stood up on the scooter instead of sitting. Standing scooters are way better than sitting scooters!

Afternoon Adventures and Spicy Mishaps

After my nap (the best part of the day, obviously), I woke up and called Grandma! We had afternoon snacks, and guess what Mommy made? My FAVORITE: “Thịt kho trứng cút” (braised pork with quail eggs)! Mommy is the BEST cook in the whole world, even better than those fancy Michelin chefs I’ve heard about. I ate so much, then had mangoes! They were so sweet and delicious. Mangoes are great for toddlers.

Tonight, we went for a walk in the park and bought a grilled baguette. Daddy said it was spicy, but did I listen? NOPE! Of course, it WAS spicy, and now my mouth is all swollen! Even though spicy foods aren’t ideal for kids. I hope it’s better tomorrow. Time for bed! Wish me luck!

Original: Hôm nay 16/2/2025, hôm nay chủ nhật, sudo đã thức dậy rất sớm, cùng mẹ vệ sinh và ăn sáng trong khi cha còn ngủ. Chắc là hôm qua cha “bắt sâu” (debug) lâu lắm. Sáng nay mẹ và sudo đã ăn chuối, bún và súp gà thật ngon. Sudo đã tự ăn hết phần bún của mình. À, bún là cha và mẹ cùng sudo đi mua. Trưa nay, sudo đã rất đói sau khi chơi đua xe scooter. Hôm nay sudo đã đổi cách chơi, sudo đứng lên thay vì ngồi như những lần trước, nhưng đúng ra thì scotter đứng chứ không phải ngồi. Chiều nay sau một giấc ngủ trưa thật ngon, sudo thức dậy gọi điện cho bà nội, ăn cơm xế với món yêu thích: “Thịt kho trứng cút”. thật tuyệt vời, mẹ là người nấu ăn ngon nhất thế giới này, hơn cả đầu bếp michelin nữa. Sudo đã ăn rất nhiều, tiếp theo đó là món xoài, thật ngon và ngọt. Tối đó gia đình sudo đi dạo một vòng công viên và mua một ổ bánh mì nướng. Ổ bánh mì thật cay, nó đã làm xưng miệng sudo (dù cha đã cảnh báo trước đó là rất cay nhưng sudo vẫn muốn ăn). giờ thì sudo đã đi ngủ rồi, hi vọng ngày mai sudo sẽ hết bị xưng miệng.
